Legacy Bloodline Cane Corso - Terms and Policies

1. Deposit & Payment Policy

A non-refundable $350 deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This is applied toward the total purchase price.

Full payment must be received before any puppy is released.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, cash, and pre-approved digital options.

All pricing will be discussed transparently prior to purchase.

2. Health & Veterinary Policy

All Legacy Bloodline puppies undergo a licensed veterinary health exam before leaving our care.

Puppies will be current on vaccinations and deworming, appropriate for their age.

Buyers are required to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of pickup.

If a life-altering medical condition is discovered during that time, it must be reported to us immediately.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees to provide the puppy with proper food, shelter, training, socialization, and veterinary care.

Buyers must stay current on all vaccines, heartworm prevention, and regular checkups.

The Buyer must comply with local animal ownership and licensing laws.

If at any time the Buyer can no longer keep the dog, they agree to contact Legacy Bloodline first before

surrendering, rehoming, or selling.

The Buyer understands that owning a Cane Corso is a long-term commitment requiring structure, leadership,

and consistent care.

4. Returns & Rehoming

All sales are final. Refunds are only granted in rare, approved cases at our discretion.

If you cannot keep your puppy or adult Cane Corso, you must contact Legacy Bloodline LLC for assistance.

No refunds will be provided.

5. Legal Disclaimer

This agreement is legally binding.Legacy Bloodline Cane Corso - Terms and Policies

Legacy Bloodline LLC is not responsible for any veterinary bills, injuries, or property damage once the dog is

in the Buyer's care.

Any legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Kiowa County, Colorado.

6. Media & Intellectual Property

All content including photos, videos, graphics, and written text on our site and social platforms is the property

of Legacy Bloodline LLC.

No media may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our written consent.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing from Legacy Bloodline LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide

by all the policies outlined above.
